WK Composites offers services in the field of fibreglass tooling such as plug and mould manufacturing.

We  can create plugs from drawings or modifying existing parts from almost any type of materials.

Thanks to our many years of experience with composites, we are able to make a mould based on a plug from materials such as wood, modelling board, glass, plastic, rubber and many others.

 

WK Composite can create moulds based on modified parts of existing products to save costs.

We will carry out any order from design to the complete product, we can create both soft silicone and rigid moulds with a gel top coat. The ideal mould is the foundation of a satisfying production – it’s not just the right solutions, the highest quality materials, resins and gelcoats – the perfect mould is primarily the result of many years of moulding practices and experience.

Depending on the volume of composite production, we will help you to choose the appropriate type of technological process that will be most beneficial to the customer.
